Notifications

Receiving notifications

You will automatically receive a notification in the following cases:

• When a new post is shared in a thread you are subscribed to
• When a new collaborator joins the same Cocoom account as you
• When a user comments on one of your posts
• When an administrator moderates your comment
• When an administrator edits your post
• When an administrator moderates your post

Viewing your notifications

To access all your notifications, click on the bell icon located at the top right of your screen. A counter will indicate the number of unread notifications.

Managing your notifications

You can:

• Click on a notification to mark it as read
• Mark all notifications as read
• Access the relevant content directly by clicking on the notification button (if available)
